Production & Shipping

How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Our standard production time varies by product but typically ranges from 3-7 business days. Shipping times depend on your selected shipping method and location.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! If you need an item quickly, please contact us before ordering, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Rush fees may apply.

Event & Live Engraving

Can you bring your laser to my event?
Absolutely! We offer on-site engraving for events, pop-up shops, and special occasions. Contact us to discuss availability and pricing.

We can engrave a variety of items at events, including pet tags, keychains, jewelry, leather goods, and more. If you have a specific request, let us know!

How do I book you for an event?

Do you offer school or organization fundraisers?
Yes! We love working with schools, sports teams, and other organizations to create unique fundraising opportunities. We can customize engraved keychains, ornaments, tumblers, or other keepsakes with school logos, mascots, or event themes.

How does a fundraiser with Rise and Shine Gifts work?
We offer two easy fundraiser options:

Pre-Sale Fundraising – We create a custom product for your group, and you take pre-orders. Once orders are collected, we produce and deliver them.
On-Site Engraving – We bring our portable laser to your event and engrave items on demand, making it a fun and interactive way to raise funds.

How do I get started with a fundraiser?

Paint Parties, Door Hangers & Toddler Time

What is Toddler Time?
Toddler Time is a special seasonal session for our littlest makers, held every Thursday at 10am. We read a story together, then guide each child through a simple, age-appropriate craft project. It's the perfect way to introduce little ones to creativity in a fun, low-pressure setting.

Do I need to sign up for Toddler Time in advance?
Yes, we recommend reserving a spot ahead of time since sessions are limited. Contact us or check our shop for current availability.

Are door hangers a DIY kit or a finished product?
Both! You can choose a DIY kit and paint or assemble it yourself, or pick up a ready-made design if you'd rather skip the crafting and go straight to decorating your door.

What's included in a paint party?
Paint parties include all the supplies and guided instruction you need to complete your project. Depending on the event, we can run a paint party on its own or combine it with engraving for an extra-special experience.

Can I book a birthday party with you?
Absolutely! Our birthday events are a fun, hands-on way to celebrate — guests get to make something they'll actually keep. Contact us to start planning.

Products & Materials

What materials do you engrave?
We specialize in engraving wood, metal, acrylic, leather, and select coated materials. If you have a custom material request, let us know!

Do you offer licensed products?
Yes! We carry licensed Troy University products and may expand our selection of officially licensed items in the future.

Can you engrave handwritten messages or drawings?
Yes! We love creating sentimental pieces with handwriting or hand-drawn designs. Simply upload a clear image, and we'll convert it for engraving.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom orders. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we'll make it right!

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or doesn't match your order details, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll work on a resolution.

Do you offer refunds on custom orders?
Because each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds on custom items unless there is an error on our part.
